May i go to the toilet?

Went into this toilet in Highlands Hotel in Genting. Its a bit special so i decided to take a few shot.


Its covered with plastic..each new user can turn the paddle on the right to get a new layer of plastic...cool huh?...anyone seen something like this before?...can save the time to wipe it with tissues or toilet paper...
